Mô Tả Công Việc

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the employee’s satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
• Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.
• Assist with onboarding of newcomers.
• Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1 - 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong network knowledge, experience in installing / configuring hardware & software.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with firewalls, open-source software, Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory, mail servers, antivirus, and data backups.
• Able to work effectively within in a team or independently.
• Must be able to perform under pressure and maintain deadlines.
• Honest, hard working, and good at communication.
• Ready to provide support and work past regular office hours as necessary.
