- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in web development
- Demonstrated ability to architect complex front-end web applications
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and leading others
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Expert command of JavaScript frameworks (NodeJS, ReactJS, Redux)
- Performance optimization experience, in particular mobile and responsive applications
- Solid understanding of agile and iterative development methodologies
- Passionate about Test Driven Development
- Familiarity with ReactJS and VueJS a plus
- Familiarity with Sass and ERB a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce app development a plus

- Build industry-leading user experiences for web and mobile web applications
- Champion JavaScript best practices and modern client-side application design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Fix bugs and improve application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new tools and approaches to maximize development efficiency
- Support other teams to make product improvements to generate sales, make high performance, high convert frontend page
